Strala is completely rebuilding the foundation of the world’s largest industry - Insurance Claims Processing.


In just three months, we reached six-figure ARR and raised a 13x oversubscribed $3.8M seed round from Peter Thiel’s Founders Fund, led by the partner who was early in OpenAI and Scale AI, and Emergence Capital. Our team comes from the top AI labs at Oxford, Cambridge, and ETH Zurich.


In this role you will

  • You will individually help deploy use cases into production with a major business impact.

  • Architect, prototype, and launch full-stack tailored solutions through quick, data-driven iterations.

  • Collaborate directly with customers to design and refine AI-driven solutions, including prompt engineering and model integration.

  • Work hands on with the client’s tech team, to integrate with their existing APIs and systems.

  • Coordinate with our core platform team to ensure smooth delivery and improve the product with actionable insights.

  • Capture and share best practices in internal playbooks to scale Forward-Deployed Engineering.

You will thrive if you

  • Have 2+ years in software or customer engineering, with strong customer-facing experience.

  • You have deep understanding of concepts and algorithms underlying machine learning and LLMs, including fine-tuning LLMs and agentic use cases.

  • Want to own problems end-to-end and are willing to pick up whatever you need to get the job done.

  • Have strong familiarity and hands-on experience with React on the front end, and Python, Node.js, or similar on the back end, and can deploy to AWS, GCP, or Azure with ease.

  • Are excited about and ideally have deployment experience with applied AI/ML solutions.

  • Enjoy building close relationships with customers and excel at explaining the connection between complex technical concepts and business outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Prototype quickly, iterate with users, and deliver solutions that solve the root problem.
